I have a new email address. How can I change it?

I know my current login details and need change the email address of my account

1. Head to our website and sign in with your old/current GameHouse account email address
2. One you're signed in, click on My Profile and choose the Change Details option
3. Enter your new email address in both provided sections
4. Also enter your password and then click Save details

I don't remember my password and don't have access to my old email address
Please reach out to Customer Support with the following details so they can help you access your account and update your details.

• Your full name
• The current email address of your GameHouse account
• The email address you would like to change it to
• Your zip code
• The last 4 numbers of the card on file (if applicable)
