What is a credit?
A credit is a kind of voucher that entitles you to a free game of your choice. This game is yours to keep, even after your subscription has ended. As a subscriber, you will receive 1 or 2 credits each month depending on your subscription type.
How do I use my credits to buy games?
1. Click on the Or buy the game option on the game description page. Here you will also see how many credits are required to purchase the game
2. In the checkout page, ensure that the credit box is ticked and the amount will automatically show as $0 if you have enough credits to purchase the game
Where can I see how many credits I have and their expiry dates?
Credits have a validity period of 60 days, so make sure you use them in time!
1. Once you've logged into your GameHouse account, click on the My Profile tab located in the top right corner of the page
2. Under the My Profile tab scroll down to My Credits (located just under the My Memberships section). Here you can view information about your credits, how many you have and when they expire. Once a credit has expired, it cannot be replaced.
My credits are missing. Can I get them back?
Credits have a validity period of 60 days. If you do not use them in time, they will expire and be removed from your account. Expired credits cannot be replaced.
I didn't receive my credit this month
Check that your subscription is still active and that your payment has been made. In most cases, credits will only be applied once payment has been collected. If all is OK with your subscription and payment, please allow a few days from the payment date to receive your credit. If you still haven't received your credit, please contact Customer Support so they can assist you.
Will my credits be removed if I cancel my subscription?
Any remaining credits on your account will remain there until they are used or until they expire (after 60 days from the date of issue) - so don't forget to use them in time as they cannot be replaced!
Will games I purchased using credits be removed if I cancel?
All games purchased using your card, reward coupons and credits are yours to keep, even after your subscription has ended. They will remain in your My Games list as normal and you can continue to enjoy the full versions of these games by unlocking them as purchased games.
