I can't update my billing information. What can I do?

Reasons why there may be some issues when updating/adding your billing information

Solution 1 - Check the card you're using is a credit card
We only accept credit cards as a valid method of payment. If you're trying to add a debit card, pre-paid card or any other type of card, this may be the reason why you're unable to update. You will need to use a credit card instead.

Solution 2 - Check that you've entered the billing address correctly and that it is the address connected to your card.
If you receive an error message "Invalid Address", in most cases, this means the address isn't being entered correctly. Please check this and try again.

Solution 3 - Check the details entered match exactly what is on your credit card
Please re-check your card details are correct and ensure you're entering in the correct Security Code and Expiration Date for that card.

Solution 4 - Refresh the billing information page
It's possible that our servers have been recently updated and you're not using the latest version of the billing information page.

To ensure you are using the latest version of the page, please press the F5 key on your computer keyboard as this will refresh the page to the latest version.

Solution 5 - Clear your browsing data/cookies

Solution 6 - Try a different browser
We recommend to use Google Chrome as a browser for our site and games. You can click on the link below to safely install it for free. Then, using Chrome, try to update your billing information again.

Google Chrome

NOTE: If you're already using Chrome, you can try Mozilla FireFox instead.

Solution 7 - Check with your bank if there are any issues
If you've tried all of the above and nothing resolves this issue, please check with your bank to ensure they're not blocking the card from being added to your account.
