Solution - sign out and clear browsing data/cookies
1. Sign out of your GameHouse account from the website
2. Also sign out from the game window
3. Uncheck the Remember me on this computer box in the game window
4. Clear your browsing data/cookies. Please click here for steps specific to the browser you're using
5. You MUST use this link to access our site again after clearing your cookies -
Once you've followed the steps above, you can now sign back into your GameHouse account with your current email address and password and the issue should be resolved.
