Refunds for game purchases
- If you’re not satisfied with a game purchase, you may be able to get a refund within 5 days of purchase. Please contact Customer Support for help.
- If your purchased game isn't working properly or if you have issues redownloading your game, then make sure to contact Customer Support as they can help find a satisfying solution. Alternatively, you can always check our Technical Support section for answers to your questions. In the event that no solution can be found, you may be entitled to a full refund.
- When you buy a game from GameHouse it is yours to keep. At times you may need to redownload a game and GameHouse Purchase Protection ensures that you're able to do so, even years after you purchased them, provided this is within a reasonable time frame.
- If you're unable to redownload a game as your computer does meet the system requirements for that game, you may receive a coupon for another game (depending on how long ago the purchase was made). Please contact Customer Support for help.
