Refunds for game purchases
- If you’re not satisfied with a game purchase, you may be able to get a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Please contact Customer Support for help.
- If your purchased game isn't working properly or if you have issues redownloading your game, you can always check our Technical section for answers to your questions. In the event that no solution can be found, you may be entitled to a full refund. Please contact Customer Support if this is the case and they can work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
- When you buy a game from GameHouse it is yours to keep. At times you may need to redownload a game and GameHouse Purchase Protection ensures that you're able to do so, even years after you purchased them, provided this is within a reasonable time frame.
