In order to find your missing game purchases, you will need to get in touch with our Customer Support team.
Before doing this, please make sure you have as much of the following information as possible so our team can find your games as quickly as possible!
- Your first and last name
- Any possible email addresses you may have used at the time to buy the game(s)
- Copies of the receipt(s) you received when you bought the game(s) (these can be added as an attachment or all content copy and pasted into your support ticket)
- Please advise if you bought the game(s) from GameHouse.com, Real Arcade or TryMedia
NOTE: This information is imperative for Support to locate your games that aren't showing in your My Games list!
