I forgot my password or email address

I'm logged in, but forgot my password or email address

1. Click on My Profile and scroll to the Change Password section
2. Click on Change Password, then click on the Forgot your old password? button
3. Follow the directions on the screen to have a reset link sent to your email address

I'm not logged in and can't remember my password

1. Click Sign In at the top of the home page
2. Select Forgot password from the sign in window
3. Enter your email address and click Send to receive a password reset link to your email address
4. Check your email and click Reset Your Password. You MUST be on a computer or laptop to reset your password and access our website
5. Enter your new password information and try logging in again

• Your full name
• Your billing address and zip code
• Any possible email addresses that may have been used
• The first 6 numbers and last 4 numbers only of the card associated with your account (if applicable)
