If a game is listed as discontinued on our website, this is because the developer of the game has decided not to extend their contract with us, so unfortunately we are no longer licensed to offer the game for sale or for use with FunPass.
If you purchased a game that is now discontinued and it still appears in your My Games list, please click here for details on redownloading and unlocking your game as you can still access the full version.
If your discontinued purchased games are not in your My Games list, please contact Customer Support so they can help you right away! Be sure to include your full name, the receipt and the email address used to buy the game.
I can't find the game I was playing on the website anymore
This likely means the game was removed from our website. As above, this would also mean that the developer of the game has decided not to extend their contract with us, however in this instance, we have had to remove the game from our website completely, which means you will also not find the game in your My Games list (if purchased). Removed games cannot be redownloaded or unlocked.
