Issue
The game does not open or crashes once opened (Windows 10 and 11).
Solution
1) Right-click on the game icon, then go to Properties, then the Compatibility tab
2) Tick the box for 'Run this program in compatibility mode for': and choose VISTA. Note: You can also try Vista (Service Pack 1) and Vista (Service Pack 2) if VISTA has not already solved the problem.
3) Ensure the boxes for 'Run this program as an administrator' and the 'Disable fullscreen optimizations' are ticked, then click Apply (be sure no other boxes besides those above are ticked)
4) Then, click on the option 'Change high DPI settings', then tick the box for 'Override high DPI scaling behavior'
5) Click OK, Apply, then OK again to close the window
